For more than 5 years, Your Future Europa has been ensuring that nursing facilities, clinics and practices have planning security and that your patients or residents are cared for.

We provide medical personnel from Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia as well as Bosnia. All our nurses hold academic professional degrees, language competence B2 and have a recognized professional title in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The caregivers complete language courses in their home. They reach the language level B2 of the European Framework of Reference. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland the recognition of professional titles is organized. With recognition, nurses work as health care nurses and nurses or as nursing specialists.

The nursing staff are prepared for their activities in the specialty departments. The complete academization ensures the quality of diagnosis, treatment, and care by medical staff. The medical staffing takes place throughout Germany, especially in the area Berlin, Freiburg, Cologne, Hamburg, Hanover, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and in Austria.

Xhuli Hisenaj

Your Future Europe was founded in 2017 by Xhuli Hisenaj. Born in Kosovo, Xhuli came to Germany with her parents at the age of eleven. After her training as a nurse in Hanover, she worked in the hospital for twelve years. She is fluent in German, Albanian, Serbian and English.

Xhuli Hisenaj has a vision to give other people a better perspective and to fill vacancies in medicine & nursing with professionals.
